Ingredients:
- 1 beef roast (any cut you want to use)
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1-2 cups dry red wine
Put all ingredients in crock pot turn on low in the morning and will be ready at dinner time. I like to stir it up a few times in between but if you work you can let it go. I serve over egg noodles at my house!
note: If you have a bigger size roast double the recipe for more gravy.
