Team Coco!
My Christmas wish list is as follows ....
1. Coach diaper bag - let me at least go to the grocery store etc in style!
2. Cash - always a winner with me!
3.Yo Gabba Gabba ANYTHING - my kids love em some D.J Lance and the Crew
4. My house painted - especially the ceiling.... damn candles!
5. A lifetime supply of Mountain Dew - I need this to stay alert for the kids sake.... I havent slept through the night in at least 3 mo.
There is much more I would like but I don't want to be greedy! LOL

I can already tell today is going to be good. I woke up my almost 2 yr old to an unbelievably over filled diaper which saturated his pajamas, stuffed animal, sheets, covers and pillow. My 8 wk old is full of gas that is hurting his little tummy and been fussy as all hell (understandably). My eldest is being okay thus far but I will not hold my breath, because soon the monster in him will emerge. His smart mouth and yearn to do the opposite of what any adult tells him will be here soon. My husband is working but I will be counting down the minutes until you get home dear...... lol. No worries just a typical day in the life with any one with small children.

My Husband and Me
My husband and me. The pic is a little old but, it is amazing how busy we are taking pictures of our kids and forget to take them of us... O well, life goes on!
Pasta Con Broccoli
Restaurant quality, fast, and easy! A favorite at my house for sure!
16oz shell pasta 2c broccoli
4c half and half 1/2c grated Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter 1/4c sliced fresh mushrooms
1tbsp garlic powder salt and pepper to taste
1 small can tomato sauce
Cook pasta until half done; strain and put back in pot. Add half and half , butter, garlic, salt and pepper and tomato sauce; Bring to hard boil. Meanwhile steam broccoli. When noodles are fully cooked add broccoli, Parmesan and mushrooms. Toss and serve!
-mushrooms are optional

Happy Anniversary
Good Morning All! Today is my husband and my 6 yr wedding anniversary! I cannot believe it has been that long. Although we will not be able to celebrate today, my mother in law called and offered to take the boys if we wanted to go out one night soon. Uhhh yeah! Hell yeah, I would like for her to take the boys. It will be really nice to go out on a date with my hubby. I honestly cannot remember the last time we went out just me and him. I love you babe, and yes I would do it all over again!

Lisa Bubba Gump
I am a little crazy for those who don't know. In an effort to keep our grocery bill down I was trying to find things to make with potatoes ..... they are only like $3 for 10lbs!...... Here is what I came up with.....
1. Baked potato (duh)
2. Baked potato soup
3. Twice baked potatoes
4. Mashed potatoes
5. French fries
6. Fried potatoes (chop up onion and butter in skillet so onions caramelize, then top with mozzarella cheese)
7. Potato skins
8. Scalloped potatoes
Good in theory, however, potatoes at fattening and you can only eat so many potatoes before you give them up for good! Guess I will have to think of some other ways to save. Maybe I will start cutting coupons.

Baby Carrier
Can someone please tell me why my 8 wk old son demands to be held 24/7? Don't get me wrong, I am enjoying every moment of his presence. However, My back is killing me and I do have other children to attend to as well! I ordered a "carrier" on line, reviews were great and description was wonderful! Therefore I didnt mind paying the $50 plus shipping, I was thinking it was the answer to all of my prayers, I couldn't wait to get it delivered! It came!! What the hell is this?! I will tell you what it is, it is a 2 mile long piece of fabric. It came with an instruction booklet that shows you a bunch of fancy ways to tie your baby on to you. I tried a couple..... not pretty! Oh well. I am sure just like all of the other phases they go through, this too will pass.

I am a new Stay at Home Mother struggling to adjust. Not to adjust to my children but to adjust to my new lifestyle. We now more than ever must watch spending (which is EXTREMELY hard with not one but two shopaholics in the house!), I had to actually start cooking most meals, the addition of a new baby, and much more! I have learned I must find a way to express my frustrations, joys, accomplishments and let downs. I am hopeful with this blog I am able to do just that!
