Pasta Con Broccoli

Restaurant quality, fast, and easy! A favorite at my house for sure!

Pasta Con Broccoli                           

16oz shell pasta                                   2c broccoli
4c half and half                                    1/2c grated Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter                                       1/4c sliced fresh mushrooms
1tbsp garlic powder                             salt and pepper to taste
1 small can tomato sauce


Cook pasta until half done; strain and put back in pot. Add half and half , butter, garlic, salt and pepper and tomato sauce; Bring to hard boil. Meanwhile steam broccoli. When noodles are fully cooked add broccoli, Parmesan and mushrooms. Toss and serve!
-mushrooms are optional
